The Parish Path Warden (PPW) monitors the Public Rights of Way network, ensuring that routes are well maintained.
The PPW's role is to regularly check local paths for any issues such as overgrowth, obstructions, or wear and tear. They are not an expert—just someone with a keen eye for detail who can assess different needs.
Please note the role does not involve checking pavements within the village, any issues with these should be reported to West Northants Council via: https://fix.westnorthants.gov.uk/
The Current PPW is: Teresa Floyd
There are currently 43 public rights of way in deanshanger Parish you can view these on the definitive map held at Deanshanger Parish Council or via West Northants interactive mapping tool: https://www.westnorthants.gov.uk/rights-way-and-searches/definitive-map
