This site is included in West Northants Strategic plan with for mixed use(employment/commercial), however the application is not in keeping with that plan.

The plan has a warehouse which will be the size of 3 football pitches and there are real concerns regarding the increase of HGV's and the impact that will have on the Old Stratford Roundabout. The congestion on the roundabout already has a direct impact on the traffic in and around Deanshanger.

Frampton's are hosting two events, at the request of Dame Andrea Leadsom MP, following discussions in recent weeks, to provide further information and answer questions in relation to the proposals, namely:

Event 1: Public Exhibition arranged for: Monday 31st July 2023 between 3pm and 7pm

At Deanshanger Methodist Church, 8 Church Lane, Deanshanger, Milton Keynes, MK19 6HG

Event 2: Virtual Presentation and Q&A Session arranged for:

Tuesday 1st August 2023 between 7pm and 8pm

The presentation will be held on Microsoft Teams. The link to join the virtual presentation and Q&A session will be available from midday on 1st August 2023,

The virtual event will comprise a short presentation followed by a Q&A session. We are inviting questions in advance of the virtual event. Questions can be posed via our website from 3pm on Monday 31st July 2023 until midday on 1st August 2023.

Alternatively, there will be an opportunity to submit questions to us at the Exhibition on Monday 31st July 2023.
